Executives from Linde Group shared views on how industrial parks can achieve green transformation, improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions on July 16 at a roadshow during the second Qingdao Multinationals Summit.

As important practitioners of green industrial development, industrial parks will play a major role in the process of developing carbon-neutral and energy-saving concepts, officials said.

Since launching its first factory in Shandong in 2005, Linde has invested more than 4.5 billion yuan in the province. According to Li, Linde hopes to deepen cooperation with industrial parks in China to explore the best path for green development.

The company will further develop the pipeline cluster businesses and the gas supply models for parks to help industrial parks and enterprises improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions and increase output. More efforts will be made to provide support for the green transformation and upgrading of the park and enterprises by using digital intelligent technology.
